What to do in case of cancellation or return
CANCEL
Canceling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped.
If you cancel the order after it has been shipped to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. If Gereedschapswand.nl has already received payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you after receipt of the return shipment. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from this (only if you refuse the order at the door and have it taken away unopened by the delivery person).
RETURNS/COOLING-OFF PERIOD
You have a return/cooling off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of delivery. An exception to this are products assembled especially for you. The product can only be returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs within 7 calendar days. (only in case of full cancellation, with a maximum of €6.95)
Do you want to return the entire order? Items that have already been received must be returned to the return address below. Gereedschapswand.nu will refund the entire purchase price, excluding the calculated shipping costs. The shipping costs for returns are at your expense.
You will also be responsible for shipping costs when returning part of your order. The purchase price of the part of the order you returned will be refunded to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded in that case.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be communicated to Gereedschapswand.nu in writing. This can be done by e-mail, fax or post. In any case, you must include your full name and invoice number.
We also need your bank account number to refund amounts already paid (in advance). Customers from Belgium must also state the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank.
Return exceptions
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
a. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
b. that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
c. that are clearly personal in nature;
d. which due to their nature cannot be returned. that can spoil or age quickly. the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
Please note: the account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number from which you made the payment to Gereedschapswand.nu. This is due to possible fraud with refunds. Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days.
